The finals Tournament was held Sunday August 15, 2010 at St. Christopher parish in Worcester.

The eight teams qualifying for the Tournament after 6 weeks of play were

St. Mary - Jefferson
St. John- Worcester
St. Anna - Leominster
St. Christopher - Worcester
The Auburn Parishes Collaborative - Auburn
Mary, Queen of the Rosary - Spencer

After a series of Qualifying and elimination matches those teams awarded trophies were:

1st Place: St. John - Worcester
2nd Place: St. Mary - Jefferson
3rd Place: Quabbin Catholic Community - Athol
4th Place: St. Christopher - Worcester

The Office for Youth Ministry congratulates the winners and extends its sincere thanks to all site coordinators :Russell Poirier at the Our Lady of the Lake Site in Leominster, Pam Ashmankas at the North American Martyrs site in Auburn and Jura Meilus at the St. Christopher site in Worcester. We thank the referees, the coaches and the over 300 youth who participated, also kudos to League and Tournament Coordinator Jura Meilus for a job well done.
A special thanks to Rev. Edward Niccolls pastor of St. Christopher’s for his enthusiastic support of the volleyball league and use of the facility for the weekly matches and Tournament Sunday. Also thanks to Rev.Tim Brewer pastor of Our Lady of the Lake in Leominster and Rev. John Gee pastor of North American Martyrs in Auburn for the use of their facilities for the weekly matches.

After two weekends of games in a double elimination
Qualifying Tournament held at

represent the Diocese of Worcester at the
Region I New England CYO Tournament in
Bridgeport, CT on March 26-28, 2010.

The Championship and Consolation Games in Division A and Division B
were held at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel on Sunday March 7, 2010.

This closed out the OYM Boy’s Basketball League Season.

In Division B, Christ the King, Worcester defeated Our Lady of Mount Carmel,
Worcester by a score of 56-51 in the Championship Contest,
while St. Spyridon, Worcester defeated St. Rose of Lima, Northboro - 50-46
- in the consolation game.

In Division A , St. Columba (A) , Paxton defeated St. Mary of the Hills, Boylston 64-60 in the Championship match up and St George (A) , Worcester defeated St. Mary (A), Shrewsbury in the consolation tilt.
